The $2'-OH$ group present at every nucleotide in $RNA$ is a reactive group and makes $RNA$ labile and easily degradable.$2$. $RNA$ is also known to be catalytic,hence reactive. This makes it structurally unstable compared to $DNA$.$3$. The presence of uracil at the place of thymine in $RNA$ also contributes to its lower stability compared to $DNA$,as thymine ($5$-methyl uracil) provides additional stability to $DNA$ structure.Therefore,all the given statements are correct.
