(N/A) $(i)$ Vermicompost: Compost is a type of manure rich in organic matter and nutrients. The compost prepared by using earthworms to hasten the process of decomposition of plant and animal refuse is called Vermicompost.
$(ii)$ Green manure: The manure prepared by decomposing green plants in the field itself is called green manure. For example,sun hemp is grown in fields,mulched by ploughing,and allowed to decompose in the field to prepare green manure.
$(iii)$ Biofertilizer: Living organisms that are used as fertilizers to supply nutrients to plants are called biofertilizers. For example,blue-green algae,which fix nitrogen in the soil of rice fields,act as biofertilizers.
