How is the process of pollination different from fertilization?

(N/A) Pollination is the process of transfer of pollen grains from the anther to the stigma of a flower. It is an external process that occurs with the help of agents like wind,water,birds,or insects.
Fertilization,on the other hand,is the biological process involving the fusion of the male gamete with the female gamete. It occurs internally within the ovule and leads to the formation of a diploid zygote.
