To Prove: $AB = PQ$.
Proof: In $\Delta AOB$ and $\Delta POQ$:
$OA = OP$ (Radii of the same circle)
$OB = OQ$ (Radii of the same circle)
$\angle AOB = \angle POQ$ (Given)
Therefore,$\Delta AOB \cong \Delta POQ$ ($SAS$ congruence rule).
Therefore,$AB = PQ$ $(CPCT)$.
