Electrophilic aromatic substitution,such as bromination using $Br_2/Fe$,occurs preferentially on the more electron-rich ring. The ring containing the $-NH-$ group is activated,making it more susceptible to electrophilic attack. The $-NH-$ group is ortho/para directing. Due to steric hindrance from the methyl group at the ortho position,the bromination occurs at the para position relative to the $-NH-$ group. Thus,the bromine atom will be substituted at the para position of the activated ring.
