The $-NH-CO-C_6H_5$ group is ortho/para directing due to the lone pair on the nitrogen atom,which can participate in resonance with the benzene ring attached to it. However,due to the bulky nature of the $-NH-CO-C_6H_5$ group,steric hindrance makes the ortho position less favorable. Therefore,the major product formed is the para-substituted isomer,which is $N$-($4$-nitrophenyl)benzamide.
