$AB = CB$ [Given]
$AD = CD$ [Given]
$BD = BD$ [Common side]
Therefore,$\triangle ABD \cong \triangle CBD$ [By $SSS$ congruence rule]
$\Rightarrow \angle ABD = \angle CBD$ [$CPCT$]
And $\angle ADB = \angle CDB$ [$CPCT$]
Hence,$BD$ bisects both the angles $ABC$ and $ADC$.
