(A) આ વિધાનની ચકાસણી કરવા માટે,આપણે જમણી બાજુનું વિસ્તરણ કરીએ:
$(x-6)(x-2) = x(x-2) - 6(x-2)$
$= x^{2} - 2x - 6x + 12$
$= x^{2} - 8x + 12$
કારણ કે વિસ્તૃત સ્વરૂપ ડાબી બાજુ સાથે મેળ ખાય છે,તેથી આ વિધાન સત્ય છે.
$(x-6)(x-2) = x(x-2) - 6(x-2)$
$= x^{2} - 2x - 6x + 12$
$= x^{2} - 8x + 12$
કારણ કે વિસ્તૃત સ્વરૂપ ડાબી બાજુ સાથે મેળ ખાય છે,તેથી આ વિધાન સત્ય છે.
